By accessing and using Quilt Sight ("the Service"), operated by Lumakaizo LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quilt Sight is a web-based platform that helps quilters:

• Upload and manage fabric images
• Create and save quilt designs
• Generate quilt mockups
• Share designs in a public portfolio
• Discover and get inspired by community quilts

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You can sign up with email/password or via Google/Facebook OAuth
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You may not share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content and Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload (fabrics, designs, mockups). By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content within the Service
• Share content you mark as public with other users
• Use your public content for marketing purposes (with attribution)

4.2 Generated Content

Mockups generated using our tools are owned by you. However, you acknowledge that:

• Generated content may not be unique
• Similar outputs may be generated for other users
• We use third-party services (e.g., Google Gemini) for generation

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Upload copyrighted images without permission
• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Scrape or download other users' content without permission
• Use the Service to generate content for resale

6. Intellectual Property

The Quilt Sight platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Lumakaizo LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

7. Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed:

• Contact us immediately with details of the infringement
• We will investigate and remove infringing content if verified
• Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated

8. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

9. Pricing and Payments

• The Service is currently free to use
• We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans
• You will be notified 30 days before any pricing changes

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when possible.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of your data (though we take reasonable precautions)

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Spokane, Washington, except where prohibited by law.
